Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management, technology operations, or business/operations management.
• Coordination of cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of IT systems, operations, and service delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the IT project portfolio within scope and budget.
• Track milestones, dependencies and mitigate risks with regular reviews.
• Oversee departmental operations including budget, vendor relations, renewals, and procurement.
• Serve as liaison to stakeholders; represent the department in meetings and ensure follow-through.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize work for project teams and IT staff, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
