Job summary

WinWire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise IT initiatives onsite at the client location, coordinating between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership. The role drives project execution within scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in enterprise IT project management, strong leadership, and expertise in SDLC, governance, and stakeholder engagement, with hands-on planning and multi-workstream coordination.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects or programs.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience working directly with senior business leaders and client stakeholders.
• Ability to manage expectations, facilitate decision-making, and drive consensus.
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and dependency management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience in Smartsheet or a similar project management tool.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and governance structures.
• Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.
• Coordinate activities across business, operations, technology, analytics, and vendor teams.
