Job summary

Responsibilities include delivering projects on time, within budget, and with scope alignment, plus defining roadmaps, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT program management experience delivering large-scale IT projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• PM certification such as PMP or PgMP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define program vision, scope, and roadmap.
• Oversee execution and alignment with goals.
• Manage program budget and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate program risks; ensure IT governance compliance.
• Provide leadership to train and motivate staff.
• Report performance and partner with stakeholders.
