Job summary

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, seeks a Systems Infrastructure Analyst to manage and optimize its network, server, virtualization, storage, and backup environments. You will provide Tier 3 support for business and manufacturing operations, ensuring reliability and security across enterprise infrastructure.

The role includes disaster recovery planning, scripting, automation, and collaboration with development teams to support hosting and deployment of applications in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience with OSI networking concepts and Layer 2 switching.
• Experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, Azure Local, or similar virtualization platforms.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Cisco networking equipment and Cisco CLI.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience managing Microsoft SQL Server environments, including security, backups, SSIS/SSRS, and queries.
• Experience administering enterprise backup solutions and DR processes (Rubrik or equivalent preferred).
• Experience with enterprise server and storage hardware, preferably Dell.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support network, server, storage, backup, and virtualization infrastructure.
• Deploy and configure hardware in data center environments.
• Support Layer 2/3 switching, and assist with troubleshooting.
• Administer Windows Server, file/print servers, IIS, and related services.
• Partner with development teams for application hosting and operations.
• Manage SQL Server environments including security, backups, and SSRS/SSIS.
• Support software deployment, OS imaging, patch management, and endpoint management.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve ops.
• Maintain backup/recovery solutions and DR testing/documentation.
• Maintain infrastructure asset inventories and technical docs.
• Provide Tier 3 end-user and manufacturing system support.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and lifecycle management.
