Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Programmer Analyst to develop and support NMHC applications and interfaces within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role emphasizes planning, development, testing, and implementation of application solutions in collaboration with third-party vendors and internal IT teams.

The position requires at least 3 years of development experience, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks with prioritization.

About This Position

The Programmer Analyst will develop and support North Memorial Health Care (NMHC) applications and interfaces. The role involves planning, development, testing, and implementation of application development and vendor integrations, including data integration components. Collaborating with third‑party vendors, Database Administrators, and IT Application, Infrastructure, and Customer Support staff, the analyst designs database structures, provides application support, and enhances integration platforms in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. The position requires troubleshooting complex systems, managing file transfers and interfaces, and partnering across teams to ensure reliable data flow.

Responsibilities

Work Details

Work Group: Non‑Contract
Hours per two‑week pay period: 80
Shift: Day/Evening/Night, 8‑hour shifts
Weekend Requirement: Weekends by Department Rotation
Call Requirement: Occasional Call
Remote or On‑site: Hybrid Remote – Must live in MN or WI
FLSA Status: Exempt
Benefit Eligibility: Health insurance benefits available for this position (various plans based on work group eligibility)
Salary Range: None – Job uses salary grades, based on experience
Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on position and shift worked
STI Bonus Eligible: No
