North Memorial Health is seeking a Programmer Analyst to develop and support NMHC applications and interfaces, partnering with third party vendors and IT teams to ensure reliable data integration and workflow automation.
This role requires a BS/BA in IT or healthcare or 3+ years of related experience, plus strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The position is offered as a hybrid role with on-site support in Minnesota or Wisconsin.

The Programmer Analyst is responsible for the development and technical support of North Memorial Health Care (NMHC) applications and interfaces. This technical position is involved in the planning, development, testing and implementation phases of application development and vendor implementations to include data integration components. This includes partnering with third party vendor resources to support all NMHC Systems. The Programmer Analyst works with Database Administrators to design database table structures based on NMHC developed application needs to include reporting, interfaces and automation programs. The Programmer Analyst works closely with IT Application, IT Infrastructure and IT Customer Support staff to provide application support.
