The IT Program Manager will support the team in the following activities (including but not limited to):

+ Direct activities to meet the sponsor s organizational work objectives and serve as a liaison to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems

+ Engage project stakeholders to collect/manage their requirements and expectations

+ Serve as Scrum Master for development projects; run daily scrums, collect, document and track requirements; run Jira boards

+ Work with developers and engineers to turn customer requirements into system requirements to be developed, tested and implemented

+ Apply Agile project management model for managing assigned projects; successfully manage sprints

+ Create and maintain project management documentation

+ Maintain individual project schedules and schedule forecasts

+ Properly manage priorities and time to meet project milestones and due dates

+ Perform application demos, when requested

+ Identify risks and issues and track/manage them until they are resolved

+ Document project progress including implementation, time lines, issues, risks, quality and success measures

+ Provide regular status reporting (including project status briefings) to the sponsor, stakeholders and project team on progress toward objectives

+ Respond to ad-hoc data calls and tasks from Senior Leadership

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ A minimum of eleven (11) years relevant experience with Bachelor's or Master's degrees; without a degree, thirteen (13) years of relevant experience is necessary.

+ Knowledge/experience in managing projects through entire development system life cycle

+ Experience being a Scrum Master for development projects

+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

+ Experience using Jira software

+ Familiarity Lean, Agile and DevOps models

+ Understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies

+ Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment

+ Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment

+ Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

+ Familiarity with ServiceNow

+ Experience working with the government

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
