The IT Program Manager will support the team in the following activities (including but not limited to):
- Direct activities to meet the sponsor's organizational work objectives and serve as a liaison to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems
- Engage project stakeholders to collect/manage their requirements and expectations
- Serve as Scrum Master for development projects; run daily scrums, collect, document and track requirements; run Jira boards
- Work with developers and engineers to turn customer requirements into system requirements to be developed, tested and implemented
- Apply Agile project management model for managing assigned projects; successfully manage sprints
- Create and maintain project management documentation
- Maintain individual project schedules and schedule forecasts
- Properly manage priorities and time to meet project milestones and due dates
- Perform application demos, when requested
- Identify risks and issues and track/manage them until they are resolved
- Document project progress including implementation, time lines, issues, risks, quality and success measures
- Provide regular status reporting (including project status briefings) to the sponsor, stakeholders and project team on progress toward objectives
- Respond to ad-hoc data calls and tasks from Senior Leadership

Required Education, Experience, & Skills- A minimum of eleven (11) years relevant experience with Bachelor's or Master's degrees; without a degree, thirteen (13) years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Knowledge/experience in managing projects through entire development system life cycle
- Experience being a Scrum Master for development projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience using Jira software
- Familiarity Lean, Agile and DevOps models
- Understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Experience working with the government
- Familiarity with the customer's Project Management Framework
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
