Purpose Brands LLC seeks a Staff IT Project Manager to plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for its enterprise payments ecosystem and core platform architecture. You will lead technical staff, drive project execution, and coordinate between business and IT teams to deliver detailed plans and successful outcomes.

The role offers a hybrid/remote work model with a competitive salary of $210,000 per year, and opportunities for professional growth within a fast-paced, inspirational culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience, including 5 years in SDLC, agile development, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization.
• Experience with databases, data structures, and algorithms; strong API knowledge (JIRA, XML, JSON, REST).
• Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python; ability to lead enterprise IT projects.
