Ladders is seeking a Staff IT Project Manager to lead complex enterprise payments and core platform initiatives in a remote setting. You will partner with business leaders and tech teams to drive clear planning, disciplined execution, and alignment across priorities.

In this role, you will manage risk, coordinate multiple workstreams, and ensure SDLC adherence while guiding cross-functional staff through project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, CS Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of progressively responsible IT project management experience.
• 5 years of experience in the complete SDLC.
• 5 years of cross-functional program leadership experience.
• 5 years of project risk assessment and mitigation experience.
• Proficiency in Agile software development methodology.
• Experience with JIRA, database technologies, and Java/C#/Python.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IT projects for enterprise payments and core platform architecture
• Lead and guide technical staff in project execution
• Liaise between business and technical teams to create detailed project plans
• Oversee project risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Facilitate technical roadmap planning and backlog prioritization

For our client, we are seeking a Staff IT Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This role will lead complex technology initiatives that support enterprise payments and core platform architecture across the organization. The person in this position will partner closely with business leaders and technical teams to drive clear planning, disciplined execution, and strong alignment across priorities. Success in this role will depend on the ability to manage risk, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and keep multiple workstreams moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $210,000+ annually

Responsibilities
