Job summary

BCforward is seeking an EA Business Program Manager in Sunnyvale, CA. Contract – 11 months, overseeing cross-functional program delivery across Enablement, Product, GTM, Channel, Finance and Operations to reduce friction and drive outcomes.

Strong project leadership and Microsoft 365 proficiency are required. The role focuses on coordinating strategic initiatives, maintaining dashboards for executive updates, and guiding multi-stakeholder execution with accountability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of program management, sales operations, or commercial operations within enterprise software or SaaS.
• Strong project and program management, with cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in facilitating meetings and managing stakeholders with accountability.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with sales processes, commercial operations, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic initiatives with the EA Program Owner and track deliverables.
• Drive monthly subcommittee cadences across Enablement, Product, GTM, Channel, Finance, and Ops.
• Monitor program health metrics, assess risks, and propose solutions.
• Publish an executive dashboard on program progress for leadership updates.
• Plan and manage cross-functional meetings to drive consensus and outcomes.
• Maintain partner and field-facing sales enablement assets with marketing teams.

Job Description

We are seeking an EA Business Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program management, sales or commercial operations, and cross-functional execution, and a proven ability to drive operational cadences, reduce sales execution friction, and deliver outcomes across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the EA Program Owner to coordinate strategic initiatives, track deliverables, and ensure execution of program priorities.
• Drive monthly subcommittee cadences across Enablement, Product, GTM, Channel, Finance, and Operations, tracking actions and enforcing accountability.
• Monitor program health metrics, assess risks, and elevate red flags with proposed solutions based on reporting outputs.
• Maintain and publish an executive dashboard summarizing program progress for executive committee and War Room updates.
• Project manage offer and feature releases, including new buying models, ensuring readiness across functions.
• Plan, host, and facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive consensus, remove roadblocks, and document actionable outcomes.
• Maintain partner and field-facing sales enablement repositories and collaborate with enablement and marketing teams to produce, update, and publish assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-8 years in Program Management, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within Enterprise Software or SaaS.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with cross-functional coordination experience.
• Proficiency in meeting facilitation and stakeholder management with clear follow-through and accountability practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with sales processes, commercial operations, financial concepts, and enterprise business systems.
• Ability to operate independently while supporting senior program leadership and driving execution across multiple workstreams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Enterprise Agreement or subscription program operations.
• Background in sales enablement or go-to-market coordination.
