ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Program Manager II for a Charlotte, NC, hybrid role. The candidate will own end-to-end programs within GBAM International DQCE, coordinating with business and technical leaders to ensure data quality and timely regulatory change delivery.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across global data domains, with hands-on experience in data reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• At least five years of project management experience across multiple priorities.
• Experience with data mining/analytics tools and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an IT program manager at the program level, ensuring standardized processes, controls, and data management practices across Global Banking, Global Markets, and GCIB data.
• Partner with Line of Business and Tech Leads to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, and build reports to answer business questions.
• Coordinate development activities and track scope changes to support on-time delivery of regulatory changes.
