Job summary

Community Health Plan of Washington is hiring a Program Manager II for Quality Reporting & Data Governance. The role leads QA/QC for HEDIS, CAHPS, QHP, HOS, and related programs, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.

You will drive governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to support NCQA/CMS standards. The position requires 3+ years in program management in healthcare, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong proficiency with MS Office; certifications like PMP are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ program management experience (healthcare focus preferred).
• PM certification (PMP or similar) preferred.
• Strong MS Office; advanced Excel; experience with SharePoint/Confluence/JIRA/Smartsheet.
• SQL/Snowflake data knowledge preferred.
• Experience with CHCs/FQHCs or similar healthcare systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC processes for HEDIS, CAHPS, QHP, HOS and related programs.
• Develop QA/QC frameworks, validation methodologies and audit protocols.
• Perform root-cause analysis of quality defects and data issues; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate audit readiness activities including mock audits and documentation reviews.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Communicate quality risks and management recommendations to leadership.
• Create detailed project plans with milestones and timelines; manage resources.
• Stay informed on industry regulatory changes and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement and transparent project status reporting.
