Frost Bank is seeking an IT Program Manager I to lead Planview-driven initiatives across multiple Texas offices. You will coordinate sponsor vision, plan workstreams, manage governance, and drive portfolio improvements in partnership with business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an advanced technical project management role.

Responsabilités

• Develop program implementation approach and road map based on sponsor vision.
• Lead platform governance activities including intake, prioritization, release planning, and executive reporting.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve portfolio management, planning, capacity management, reporting, and governance processes.
• Manage risks, issues & dependencies and maintain RAID log to maximize delivery efficiency.
• Provide program status to Senior leaders and coordinate across workstreams to resolve high-priority issues.
• Drive organizational readiness, communications, training, adoption, and continuous improvement related to Planview capabilities.
