Job summary

Frost is seeking an IT Program Manager I – Planview to lead cross‑functional program governance and portfolio optimization in Texas, coordinating with sponsors and managed‑services partners to deliver on strategic initiatives.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in technical project management, Planview Portfolios experience, SDLC knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills to drive readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in an advanced technical project management role.
• Experience with Planview tools, especially Portfolios.
• Knowledge of project management disciplines.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in MS Project.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop program implementation approach and road map.
• Plan scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing with sponsors and teams.
• Lead platform governance activities: intake, prioritization, release planning, reporting.
• Improve portfolio management, planning, capacity, reporting, governance processes.
• Manage risks, issues & dependencies; maintain RAID log.
• Provide oversight of program status to senior leaders.
• Collaborate to optimize Planview capabilities for evolving needs.
• Drive readiness, communications, training, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Develop tools to evaluate stakeholder satisfaction and program quality.
• Act with integrity, care, and excellence to achieve outcomes.
