Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is seeking a senior IT Program Manager to lead the program management team under the CIBMTR, aligning IT initiatives with business priorities. You will operate in a hybrid Agile Scrum environment, partnering with data operations, finance, and administration, and reporting program health to leadership.

You will mentor the PM team, drive governance, manage dependencies, and guide prioritization across multiple concurrent initiatives to deliver high‑quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives in healthcare, clinical research, or regulated environments.
• PMP and/or Agile or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management team and delivery governance for a portfolio of IT initiatives.
• Partner with data operations, statistical operations, finance, and administration to align priorities with execution.
• Guide hybrid Agile Scrum practices, prioritization, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Manage vendor relationships and delivery timelines, escalate risks, and ensure quality across projects.
