Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking an IT Program Manager to oversee data engineering efforts and support an Intelligence Community customer. This role is part of an existing team responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and other programmatic data for data collection platforms.

The ideal candidate holds TS/SCI with Poly, a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, and certifications such as PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery per customer requirements.
• Ability to ensure tasks meet deadlines and follow customer guidance clearly.
• Knowledge of customer directives, regulations and policies; awareness of technology advances.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the program on technical, cost, and schedule performance matters.
• Ensure SLA requirements are met and reporting is complete and timely.
• Proactively mitigate service gaps due to attrition or fluctuations in program personnel.
• Oversee daily operations and provide oversight of program personnel.
• Coordinate with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
