Job summary

Asana seeks an IT Technical Program Manager in San Francisco to orchestrate cross-functional IT initiatives across Security, Product, Workplace, PeopleOps, and Legal. You will own a portfolio, drive program communications, and shape TPM processes with high autonomy.

You will report to the IT TPM function lead and partner widely to deliver measurable IT outcomes and enablers for the business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management experience in or with IT organizations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams with minimal direction.
• Strong business judgment to drive impact and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IT initiatives spanning security, product, and business partners.
• Own IT process portfolios and influence TPM process development.
• Run program communications, align stakeholders, and unblock teams.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies across IT.
• Promote TPM practices and standardized project management across IT.
• Drive adoption of IT policies and processes across Asana.
• Provide holistic IT ecosystem input to design and planning decisions.
• Document decisions and share knowledge for repeatability.
• Help define how the TPM function operates with leadership guidance.
