Job summary

Bespoke Technologies, Inc. in Tysons, VA is seeking an IT Program Manager to oversee 24x7 operations, manage escalations with carriers and vendors, and ensure rapid service restoration.

The role requires poly clearance and deep knowledge of Sentinel, Azure, and enterprise networks. You will coordinate maintenance, monitor outages, and drive improvements in monitoring and automation.

You will work on-site at Tysons campus with a focus on operational excellence and customer impact.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Poly clearance to apply.
• Experience managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical personnel.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Azure, enterprise networking, network monitoring, cybersecurity monitoring, and IT service management.
• Experience coordinating maintenance windows and service restoration activities.
• Experience identifying operational trends, recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities to improve monitoring, automation, escalation, and operational effectiveness.
• Experience coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring appropriate NOC/CSOC monitoring coverage before, during, and after scheduled changes.

BT-417 - IT Program Manager Location: Tysons (fully on-site, no remote option)

MUST HAVE A POLY CLEARANCE TO APPLY. Those without a Poly clearance will not be considered.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrates experience managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical personnel.
• Demonstrates experience with a strong understanding of Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Azure, enterprise networking, network monitoring, cybersecurity monitoring, and IT service management.
• Demonstrates experience working with and managing escalations involving telecommunications carriers, ISPs, OEM vendors, Microsoft/cloud providers, managed service providers, and other third-party service providers.
• Demonstrates experience overseeing and tracking planned maintenance windows, infrastructure changes, outages, and service restoration activities.
• Demonstrates experience identifying operational trends, recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities to improve monitoring, automation, escalation, and operational effectiveness.
• Demonstrates experience coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring appropriate NOC/CSOC monitoring coverage before, during, and after scheduled changes.

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrates experience leading or managing personnel within a NOC, SOC/CSOC, enterprise operations center, or comparable 24x7 technical operations environment.
• Demonstrates progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT operations, network operations, cybersecurity operations, cloud operations, or related technical disciplines.
• Demonstrates experience supporting a Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC/CSOC), enterprise IT operations center, or comparable technical operations environment.
• Demonstrates significant experience with Microsoft Sentinel: alert monitoring, KQL log queries, entity analysis, runbooks, or escalation.
• Demonstrates significant experience with Azure skills: portal nav, Monitor/Log Analytics, VMs, Resource Health, or basic networking (VNets/NSGs).

• Demonstrates significant experience with Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, or LAN/WAN.
• Demonstrates significant experience with troubleshooting outages, connectivity, packet loss/latency, or CPU/memory issues.
• Demonstrates experience with tools for topology, paths, assets, segmentation, or vulnerabilities. Demonstrates experience with Kusto Query Language (KQL) for searching, filtering, correlating, and investigating Sentinel and Log Analytics data.
