Genesis10 is seeking an IT Business Analyst on a hybrid, 12-month contract with a leading financial institution in Newark, DE. The role bridges IT and business teams to define and deliver solutions aligned with objectives, serving as a liaison across the project lifecycle.

You will plan, elicit, analyze, validate, and manage requirements while coordinating with Project Managers, stakeholders, and IT groups. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a related analyst role are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year experience in related field.
• 5 years' experience in a technical product owner/business analyst role in a project-based environment.
• Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time.
• Good time management skills: ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.
• Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques.
• Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Newark, DE. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role will work with IT and the Business to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as the ultimate facilitator between Business and IT, playing a key role in the overall management and success of a project through the entire lifecycle. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Pay range: $43.56 - $51.56 per hour
