Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi-site technical delivery team ensuring reliable IT support services. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, balance resources and budgets, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong client partnerships.

The role focuses on performance metrics, personnel development, and alignment with contractual requirements, with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus five years of experience.
In lieu of a degree, ten years' total relevant experience is acceptable.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and performance management.
Experience in talent acquisition and retention strategy.

Responsibilities

Directs a high-performing technical organization delivering IT support services.
Translates objectives into operational plans and optimizes personnel and tools.
Ensures KPIs and SLAs are met across multiple site teams.
Leads budgeting, resource modeling, and ITSM best practices implementation.
Serves as primary client delivery contact and coordinates cross-functional teams.
Drives continuous improvement and talent development within staffing operations.
