Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or related discipline preferred; leadership experience may substitute.
• Master's degree in business administration, information systems, technology management, or related discipline preferred.
• At least 12 years of progressive technology experience with leadership responsibility; 5+ years leading tech managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise technology strategy aligned with priorities and growth objectives.
• Advise leadership on technology opportunities, risks, investments, and operating models.
• Lead technology modernization and digital transformation across the organization.
• Provide executive oversight for infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, and enterprise applications.
• Oversee security governance, risk management, and incident response.
