Job summary

SmartSource currently seeks a Production Supervisor to plan and execute the preparation of rental equipment for client orders, including PCs, printers, displays, and related IT gear. You will lead a small team across production, imaging, and warehouse tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

You will oversee inventory, testing, and staging, collaborate with project managers and field techs, and serve as the technical lead for the branch while maintaining ERP-record accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing day-to-day activities for a small team of technicians.
• Experience configuring and maintaining IT network equipment.
• AV skills and experience are a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities
