Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and OS deployment.
• Experience with patch management, app deployment, and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot SCCM/MECM and Intune including policies, inventory, and reporting.
• Manage Windows endpoint configuration and lifecycle, including imaging, OS deployment, and upgrades.
• Develop provisioning workflows with Autopilot and integrate Intune with Config Manager.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance; resolve issues with minimal user disruption.
• Package, test, deploy, update, and retire business applications via SCCM and Intune.
• Create reports and dashboards on endpoint health and trends.
• Maintain documentation for processes and automation.
