Job summary

Careington International Corporation is seeking a Manager of IT Product Management to lead the strategic planning, development, and lifecycle management of technology products at our Frisco, TX headquarters.

You will oversee a team of product managers, establish best practices for discovery, prioritization, and delivery, and partner with IT, security, and business leaders to drive initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as IT Product Manager or similar role in IT.
• CSPO, CBAP, PSPO I, PSPO II or similar certification.
• Advanced understanding of agile, scrum, kanban, product lifecycle management, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Define short-term strategic vision for IT Product Management aligning with company goals.
• Translate business objectives into functional product requirements and prioritize features.
• Build and sustain strategic stakeholder relationships across departments.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of product implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, external partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and decisions to leadership and partners.
• Support user adoption and manage change across the organization.
