Job summary

Pomeroy in Cincinnati, Ohio seeks a Director – IT Product Solutions to lead a team of business analysts, align technology initiatives with business goals, and drive strategic programs across the organization.

You will partner with senior leadership, oversee project delivery, ensure requirements quality, and foster cross-functional collaboration while advancing IT service management and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field.
• 10+ years of relevant industry and role experience.
• 5+ years of experience working in a Managed Services environment.
• ServiceNow design experience and expertise.
• ITIL Foundations Certification is recommended. ITIL Design, Transition, Operations, and CSI are a plus.
• Can define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to benefit the organization and maintain client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others, which could include multiple levels of management and external clients and vendors.
• Must be able to work with and lead a geographically dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to a team of business analysts and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate technology strategy into actionable goals.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects requiring business analysis.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the technology organization.
• Act as a bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders; present findings and updates to leaders.
