Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field.
• Technical ability with Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Concur, Workday and diverse PC/Mac/tablet systems.
• Ability to provide basic IT troubleshooting and learn new technology quickly.
• Strong customer focus with executive level interaction and discretion.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50 miles from the Cincinnati office.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior leaders and executive assistants with quiet confidence.
• Provide basic IT troubleshooting support and assist leadership with new technology.
• Identify opportunities and lead teams to improve business processes.
• Perform root cause analysis for system-wide issues and coordinate fixes.
• Provide deskside support to users as needed.
• Conduct risk and information security assessments and update IT architecture data.
• Manage IT service practices using tools like ServiceNow, Office 365, Workday, Concur, dashboards, and analytics.
• Communicate outages, upgrades, and announcements to executives and assistants.
