Job summary

You will own backlog management across IT delivery workstreams, collaborate with analysts and leadership, and drive delivery with defined scope and exit conditions through the product track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product ownership or a business-IT bridge role in a tech delivery env.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile setting.
• Familiar with backlog management, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Strong written communications for business and technical audiences.
• Effective stakeholder communication; manage expectations constructively.
• Collaborative, receptive to feedback and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Writes well-formed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Owns and refines the backlog for assigned workstreams; ensures sprint readiness.
• Converts elicited requirements into delivery-ready artifacts.
• Collaborates with Business Analysts to translate requirements into work artifacts.
• Coordinates with QA on acceptance criteria and test cases.
• Reports workstream status, capacity signals, and blockers to leadership.
