Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Product Owner, IT to manage requirements, acceptance criteria, and backlog for IT delivery within the Informatics function. You will translate business needs into well-formed user stories and work with Analysts and QA to ensure testable criteria.

The role collaborates with Software Development, Data Engineering, and IT Infrastructure teams, emphasizing prioritization, clear scope, and effective stakeholder communication in a hybrid home/office setting.

Qualifications

3+ years of product ownership or business-IT bridge experience.
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Familiar with backlog management, sprint planning, and agile delivery ceremonies.
Strong written communication for business and technical audiences.
Collaborative working style and openness to feedback/mentorship.
CSPO or equivalent certification, or active pursuit of certification.

Responsibilities

Writes well-formed user stories for assigned IT delivery workstreams with clear acceptance criteria.
Authors testable acceptance criteria aligned with QA handoff standards.
Maintains product backlog: prioritization, refinement, sizing, and sprint readiness.
Facilitates backlog refinement sessions for assigned workstreams.
Supports IT demand intake by documenting and triaging requests.
Reports status, capacity signals, and blockers to leadership for portfolio visibility.
Coordinates with QA and stakeholders during delivery cycles.
