This role involves managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch, working closely with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring that products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Reporting to the Director of Project and Business Relationship Management, the IT Product Manager will manage user experience and functionality by designing new products and enhancing existing products through technically rigorous, strategically sound business analysis. They will also ensure the success of new products and functionality through the development of supporting business processes, demonstration examples and training scenarios.
This position will reside in our Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in‑office/remote working schedule.
