You will assist with inventory management, matter budget development, pricing support and performance analysis, and develop financial analyses using Qlik, MS Excel/Access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline with 1–2 years of professional experience in financial analysis or related field.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft products and ability to use MS Office tools proficiently.
• Excellent financial and analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, judgment, service orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

This position reports to the Director of Business Operations and will reside in our Philadelphia office which offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with inventory management, matter budget development, pricing support and performance analysis
• Developing financial and business analyses using Qlik, MS Access, MS Excel, and/or other financial software
• Creating financial and statistical models and other tools to enhance and streamline reporting processes
• Contributing to the annual budget preparation and subsequent quarterly variance reporting and analysis
• Providing support for special projects and initiatives at the request of department leadership

Experience and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline and 1-2 years’ professional experience with excellent financial and analytical skills
• Strong technical skills including working knowledge of Microsoft products
• Attention to detail with accompanying problem-solving skills
• Excellent financial and analytical skills (including demonstrated proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, outstanding judgment, a strong service orientation. The ability to manage multiple priorities and still deliver high quality work product.
