Reporting to the Senior Manager of Patent Support Services, the IP Patent Prosecution Specialist will be responsible for supporting activities related to patent prosecution and the preparation and filing of documents related to international and foreign national patent applications. This position will reside in our Silicon Valley (Palo Alto), San Francisco, Seattle, Orange County, Los Angeles or Century City office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Flexibility with overtime is required.

For positions in Century City, CA, Los Angeles, CA, and Orange County, CA the salary range for this position is: $78,500.00 - $125,600.00.
For positions in Seattle, WA, salary range for this position is: $75,400 - $120,550.
For positions in San Francisco, CA, and Silicon Valley, CA, the salary range for this position is: $81,640.00 - $130,585.00.
The base salary wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
The total compensation package for this position will also include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, firm or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
