We are seeking an experienced Product Architect to lead the development of our Health Intelligent Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for building solutions that are secure and scalable and revolutionize the processing of patient medical records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Translate business requirements into a robust, scalable, and secure technical architecture
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, including clinicians, IT teams, and compliance experts, to ensure the platform meets regulatory and industry standards
3. Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as GenAI, natural language processing, machine learning, and computer vision, to automate medical record review and extraction
4. Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including agile methodologies, DevOps, and cloud-native development
5. Mentor and guide the product development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the healthcare sector

Required Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience in product architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-level software solutions
2. Deep understanding of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
3. Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available distributed systems
4. Proficiency in modern software development practices, including microservices, containerization, and cloud-based infrastructure
5. Strong background in natural language processing, machine learning, and computer vision techniques
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders
