Job summary

CubX is a modern MSP in Lakewood Township, NJ, seeking a Procurement Coordinator to own the day-to-day procurement of hardware, software, licensing, and services. You will quote, order, track, and reconcile purchases, while coordinating with vendors to avoid delays and ensure projects stay on schedule.

The role emphasizes vendor management, contract renewals, and ensuring timely availability for client onboarding. It offers a collaborative office environment and is based on-site in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating with vendors over the phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining and comparing vendor quotes.
• Placing hardware, software, licensing, and cloud service orders.
• Tracking orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Coordinating with vendors and distributors to resolve issues.
• Managing RMAs, returns, and warranty claims.
• Managing software subscriptions, licensing, and renewals to ensure services remain active and renewals are completed on time.
• Monitoring upcoming renewals and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to prevent service interruptions.
• Maintaining procurement records and updating internal systems.
• Working with Accounting to reconcile invoices and purchasing records when needed.
• Ensuring hardware and licensing are available for client projects and onboarding.
• Partnering with engineering and account management to identify product improvements and licensing opportunities.
• Preparing quotes and recommendations for hardware, software, and managed services to support client growth.
