CubX Inc. is seeking a highly organized Field Services & Vendor Coordinator to manage all external vendors, field technicians, ISP installs, phone setups, wiring partners, and onsite logistics for facility buildouts and IT deployment projects.

You won’t be implementing technical work yourself—you’ll coordinate all the vendors who do, ensuring alignment with CubX timelines and requirements across HVAC, cabling, security, ISPs, and related trades.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating vendors, field teams, or service partners.
• Experience managing schedules, timelines, and multi-step field tasks.
• Experience preparing scopes of work or job instructions for field staff.
• Experience communicating with clients to prepare onsite visits or technical installs.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Coordination: coordinate HVAC, cabling, phone, copier, access control, security, ISPs and other trades; ensure timelines align with project schedules.
• ISP & Wiring Coordination: coordinate installs, upgrades, demarc locations, and wiring needs; document details and handoffs.
• Field Technician Coordination: draft scopes of work, ensure tools, instructions, schedules and expectations; train onsite staff; schedule visits.
• Travel & Logistics: coordinate travel via agents; prepare deployment instructions; track expenses and approvals.
• Client & Internal Communication: prepare clients for onsite visits; provide updates; align with project managers and leadership.
• Documentation & Project Support: maintain vendor records; update templates and SOPs; assist with scheduling and progress tracking.
