Job summary

Infor is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to join our Finance and Administration team in Atlanta. You will procure software, hardware, and IT-related solutions, and support supplier and contract management to deliver value for internal customers.

You will partner with IT and business stakeholders, negotiate contracts, oversee lifecycle management, and drive cost-effective, compliant purchasing aligned with the VMO vision. Domestic and international suppliers may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement with IT focus.
• International sourcing experience.
• Experience with contract negotiations and reviews.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and others to define software/hardware requirements.
• Identify vendors, negotiate contracts and pricing, manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee hardware procurement lifecycle and warranties.
• Monitor spend, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.
• Drive vendor consolidation and align with VMO objectives.
