Job summary

Infor is seeking an enthusiastic IT Procurement Specialist to manage software, hardware, and IT-related purchases for internal needs. The role includes supplier and contract management, SAM lifecycle support, and strategic development of the IT Procurement function.

The successful candidate will engage with IT, finance, and operations to deliver cost-effective solutions, lead vendor negotiations, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement with a demonstrated interest or passion for IT.
• International sourcing experience.
• Experience with accounting and finance processes.
• Experience with contract negotiations and reviews.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing and Facilities to understand software/hardware needs.
• Lead IT vendor identification, evaluation, contract negotiations and pricing structures.
• Oversee hardware procurement and lifecycle management across departments.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to align procurement with organizational objectives.
• Act as primary liaison for contracting and supplier relationships to reduce burdens.
