Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an IT procurement professional to analyze organizational infrastructure needs and develop sourcing plans for hardware, software, and maintenance services. The role involves vendor selection, contract negotiations, and end-to-end procurement processes to ensure cost-effective, high-quality acquisitions.

Responsibilities include managing POs, coordinating with internal units and HQ, and training vendors on internal processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Korean for regular HQ communication.
• 1+ year of hands-on purchasing or procurement experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP or equivalent purchasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT infra requirements and plan hardware, software, and maintenance procurements.
• Select vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes.
• Ensure cost-effective purchases of products and services.
• Prepare quotes, POs, and follow-ups; coordinate AP workflows.
• Log and track PO transactions; generate regular procurement reports.
• Support month-end closing activities and related documentation.
