*Description*

IT Business Operations is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Professional with expertise in IT governance, risk management, finance, and vendor management, focusing primarily on IT procurement. This role involves establishing and enhancing strategic sourcing processes for IT suppliers, integrating governance, risk, and financial considerations into procurement activities.

The responsibilities include creating a sourcing methodology, facilitating RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, interfacing with Vendor Management during onboarding and risk assessments, analyzing spend categories, developing 'make vs. buy' strategies, conducting large RFP events, negotiating contracts, and hosting supplier reviews. Reporting directly to the Director of IT Business Operations, you will help develop a scalable procurement and sourcing function for IT.

Key duties involve leading sourcing events, optimizing costs, leading contract negotiations, partnering with IT sponsors and stakeholders, mentoring team members, and utilizing technical tools and risk management expertise within a financial institution context.

• 7+ years' experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance

• Expertise in technology or cloud-based SaaS/IaaS/PaaS, volume licensing, enterprise agreements, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and managed IT services
• Comfort working with legal during contract negotiations
• Strong communication, teamwork, and technical skills

*Pay and Benefits*
