Job summary

Arka Innovate is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to support our Client's Procurement Department. This role will manage daily clerical tasks, provide general office support, and execute procurement activities from requisition to Purchase Order completion in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee workloads, verify requisitions, solicit quotes, evaluate bids, and assist in contract lifecycle management while collaborating with Project Managers, Legal, Risk Management, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full-time transactional procurement experience.
• Experience with bids, sealed bidding processes, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of procure-to-pay and procurement policies/risks in hardware and software procurement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement workloads, expedite aged requisitions, and monitor progress for timely processing.
• Verify requisitions for accuracy with Project Managers and internal stakeholders.
• Solicit quotes, evaluate bids for policy compliance, issue Purchase Orders to selected vendors.
• Support contract lifecycle management, bidding, and administration.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Legal, Risk Management, and Diversity & Civil Rights to secure high-quality terms.
• Maintain filing systems and assist in organizing meetings and communications.
