DigiOffice seeks a detail‑oriented Junior Procurement Analyst to support IT procurement operations in a fast‑paced enterprise environment. This role provides hands‑on exposure to invoice management, spend analysis, vendor coordination, and procurement reporting across hardware, software, telecom, and professional services.

You’ll work under the guidance of senior analysts, with clear opportunities for growth into mid‑level procurement or supply‑chain roles within IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years in procurement, finance, or analytical support.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas and pivot tables).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process IT invoices accurately and on schedule, including GL coding and funding validation.
• Track invoices through approval workflows and coordinate timely submission for payment.
• Support month‑end close activities including accrual preparation and invoice reconciliation.
• Track capital and operating expenditures aligned to IT Directors' approved budgets.
• Prepare recurring spend, supplier usage, and budget tracking reports for procurement leadership.
