What will you do:
As a member of the Central IT Support Group (CITSG) Desktop Support team, reporting to the Desktop Support Manager, the IT Procurement and Lifecycle Management Coordinator is tasked with procuring hardware and software, managing the lifecycle of devices, communicating with customers, and reporting to the CITSG Desktop Support team technicians, engineers, and its customer base.

To perform successfully, the position collaborates with Desktop Support Technicians. A team‑oriented approach, strong problem‑solving abilities, customer service skills, organizational aptitude, time‑management proficiency, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential.
This position requires on‑site work at the Ithaca, NY location from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Additionally, there may be occasional requirements to work outside standard university core work hours.
