Job summary

TEKsystems in Westminster, CO is seeking an IT Procurement Associate to support acquisition planning of IT hardware and software, coordinating with IT leadership, ISC, Engineering and Finance. You will drive procurement lifecycle from requisition through reporting, aligning with budget and schedules.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy in transactions, and maintaining relationships across departments. On-site Westminster location with a defined 2+ year pathway through contract-to-hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years related experience.
• Associate/Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.
• Coordinate and execute IT transactional purchase requisitions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Coupa, Costpoint, OnBase, IFS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchase requisitions through IT hardware and software approvals.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to understand IT procurements.
• Use purchasing, invoicing and accounting tools to complete transactions.
• Coordinate procurements with finance and ISC to align with budgets.
• Create requisitions for annual software/hardware maintenance renewals timely.
• Track renewals and confirm continued need for software.
