Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT procurement professional to manage the full purchasing lifecycle and oversee vendor relationships for IT assets and services. You will generate and analyze procurement reports, track commitments, and support budget decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 3 years in IT business operations or related roles.
• At least 2 years IT purchasing/procurement experience required.
• Experience with contract renewals and IT asset tracking preferred.
• Experience with financial analysis and budgeting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT purchasing lifecycle (requisitions, POs, approvals, receipts, invoice reconciliation, payments).
• Generate, analyze, and maintain financial, operational, and procurement reports and KPI dashboards.
• Track purchasing commitments, open purchase orders, and budget impacts.
• Maintain inventory records and lifecycle tracking for IT hardware, software, licenses, and assets.
• Monitor contract renewal schedules and engage stakeholders to ensure continuity of services.
