Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc. seeks an IT Procurement Agent to manage end-to-end procurement at a client site in Juno Beach, FL. This temporary project runs for 12 months with possible extensions and requires full on-site presence without remote work.

The role covers requisitioning, sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, contract drafting, and budget management, with strict adherence to procurement standards and corporate policies. Relocation may be required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end IT procurement processes (requisitioning, sourcing, negotiating, purchasing).
• Experience with vendor evaluation and supplier relationship management.
• Experience with IT contract drafting, review, and management.
• Experience with IT procurement budgets and cost management.
• Experience with market research and procurement spend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes, including requisitioning, sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Identify and evaluate vendors, establish strong relationships with key IT vendors, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Draft, review, and manage IT contracts, including renewal and termination processes.
• Collaborate with finance to establish IT procurement budgets and analyze expenditures for cost savings.
• Conduct market research on trends, pricing, and product availability; evaluate and recommend new products/services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare procurement reports for management.
