Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC professional for a 12+ month contract at a client site in Juno Beach, Florida. The position requires 100% on-site work with relocation as needed and no telecommuting.

You will verify drawings and specs, support electrical testing and fiber optics work, and document QC activities while collaborating with EPC teams, sub-contractors, and operations staff; daily to monthly progress reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required).
• Experience with SCADA and fiber optics.
• Experience with electrical and fiber testing (IE, TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOCs).
• Experience with Unifier for recording and uploading electrical QC photographs.
• Experience in utility-scale solar site electrical supervision.
• Experience in field QA/QC: inspections vs drawings/specs, submittal verification, RFI facilitation, QC photo documentation.

Responsibilities

• Understand all drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation.
• Work collaboratively in a TEAM environment.
• Verify drawings, submittals, and specifications accuracy.
• Understanding of SCADA and fiber optics.
• Understanding of electrical and fiber testing (IE, TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOCs).
• Works collaboratively with the EPC, sub-contractors, NEER/FPL operations teams, and any others working on site.
• Reports daily, weekly and monthly on progress, quality control and safety.

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
