Responsibilities include coordinating with IS&T leadership, developing metrics, and ensuring changes are well-documented and adopted. A Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years in business analysis are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis with functional and technical experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business, computer science, or related field required

Responsibilities

• Reviews and documents current business processes and benchmarks performance
• Facilitates multidisciplinary teams using Lean Six Sigma
• Develops monitoring and reporting to evaluate process performance
• Collaborates with department leaders and IS&T to align improvements
• Educates staff and leaders on KPIs and performance targets
• Manages documentation and change management practices
