Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of revenue cycle managerial experience.
• Leadership experience with measurable results in process improvement.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills; EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educates system employees and leaders on KPIs aligned with goals.
• Leads Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve outcomes.
• Communicates team recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
• Delivers quality and service training modules to management and staff.
• Develops instructional materials to support learning objectives.
• Ensures consistent service experiences across departments.
• Facilitates failure modes and effects analyses for risk reduction.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to validate project data.
• Develops quality, service, and financial metrics to judge success.
• Evaluates new initiatives to support system goals.
• Maintains professional development in QC methodologies and analytics.
• Contributes to department and organizational financial goals.
