As a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, you will drive governance, process improvement, and portfolio optimization across major transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT project or program management experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing project or program management teams.
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals, provide coaching, and support professional development.
• Oversee a portfolio of IT projects, programs, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executives to define objectives and success criteria.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
