Qualifications

• 7+ years healthcare operations experience.
• 4-6+ years in medical product development with deep knowledge of medical benefits and plan designs.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into business recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead/project manage cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
• People leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team for operationalizing product needs across legislative, compliance, and market initiatives.
• Partner with enterprise leaders to align business objectives, influence strategic direction, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Translate product strategy into execution plans, managing priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive execution of product strategies by aligning cross-functional teams, managing priorities, mitigating risks, and delivering successfully.
• Analyze market, portfolio, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and inform decision making.
• Drive change management and adoption of product, system, and enterprise initiatives while promoting innovation and excellence.
